Se llaman chochoyotes, son buenísimos.
- Una vez cocida la carne la incorporamos a las verduras, sazonamos con una pizca de clavo en polvo, comino en polvo y pimienta. Añadimos una rama de epazote.
Para servirlo lo ponemos en una sopera y se sirve en platos hondos y se acompaña con cebolla picada, limones en mitades y un arroz.
