- En una olla pequeña poner 2 tazas de agua y meter los chiles sin rabo y sin semillas y al soltar el hervor dejar 1 minuto más y apagamos fuego, dejar enfriar un rato y pasamos el agua de cocción y chiles a licuadora y metemos la cebolla y el ajo, licuamos muy bien.
- Pasando las 2 horas de la carne le agregamos lo de la licuadora pasándolo por un colador.

- Comenzamos a agregar todas las verduras, el epazote, el elote, lata de garbanzos, pimienta y finas hierbas.



- Mezclar muy bien.

- Así vamos a dejar ya sin tapar 20 o 22 minutos más a fuego medio, siempre el agua debe estar cubriendo los ingredientes y mezclar constantemente.

- Emplatar y agregar sal y limón al gusto, acompañar con tortillas y listo !!!
