- 100 grs queso cremoso
- 100 grs carne molida
- 1 cebolla
- 1/2 morrón
- C/n sal

- Cortar el zapallo en dos mitades y retirarle las semillas. Cocinarlos en agua o al vapor hasta que ablanden.
- Retirar la pulpa del medio del zapallo y reservar.
- En una sartén rehogar con unas gotitas de aceite la cebolla y el morrón cortados en cuadritos pequeños. Agregar el caldo de verduras.
- Cuando la cebolla este transparente agregarle la carne molida y cocinar. De ser necesario ir agregando agua para que no se queme o seque mucho la preparación.
- Una vez cocido el relleno agregarle la pulpa que retiramos de los zapallos. Rectificar sabores.
- Tomar las dos mitades de los zapallos y colocarlos en una placa para horno. Rellenarlos con nuestra preparación y decorarlos con queso cremoso y orégano.
- Al horno por 10 minutos. Y listo!
