  4. Después batí el huevo, le puse sal y provenzal. Pasé los medallones por el huevo y después por el pan rallado. Los guardé un rato en la heladera y después los cociné en el horno. Una vez que se hace de un lado lo das vuelta y le pones lo que quieras. Yo les puse tomate, cebolla de verdeo y un poquito de muzzarella, los acompañé con una ensalada
