- Mientras licuamos las semillas: el ajonjolí, las pepita, la canela y los clavos, licuamos con un poco de caldo de pollo. Se agregan las semillas licuadas revolviendo continuamente mientras se vierte lentamente, se trabaja y si es necesario se agrega otro poquito de caldo de pollo, se deja otros 10 minutos a fuego lento.
- Por último se licua el perejil con un poco de consomé para lograr el característico color verde, puede ser perejil, hojas de rábano, hojas de lechuga, etc. Agregamos a la cazuela y movemos para evitar que se pegue, se deja unos segundos hasta que empiece a hacer los ojitos (burbujitas verdes) y se retira. Se mezcla un poco del pipian con pollo desmenuzado caliente en una cazuela individual, y se hace un bocadillo de pan de piso, delicioso.
