  2. Luego de 1 hora ya vamos 3 hs y media agregamos el zapallo cortado en cuadrados, la calabaza también cortada en cuadradosy los porotos. Siempre agregando caldo de necesitar. Y revolviendo cada 5 minutos cocinando a punto corona.
  3. A la hora y media de poner zapallo, calabaza y porotos. (remojados 12 hs antes) (vamos 5 hs) agregamos los chorizos de cerdo y colorados(previamente blanqueados) y la panceta ahumada y cocinamos siempre revolviendo 1 horita o horita y media más.
  4. A las 6 horas y media o 7 horas armamos un fernecito o un vinito(que después detanto laburo merecemos) y preparamos la salsa picante para poner aparte. Aceite abundante, cebolla de verdeo, ají molido, mucho pimentón y rocoto en polvo. Y a comer se a dicho. Feliz 25 de mayo para todos!!
