  3. Estiramos la masa con un rodillo, y se va cortando con un molde o vaso, haciendo las galletas, y a la vez decorando a gusto de cada uno. En mi caso las he decorado con huevo batido azucarado, avellanas y lágrimas de chocolate. En una bandeja de horno forrada de papel de hornear, se van colocando, y separándolas para que no se peguen al cocer.
  4. Se cuecen en el horno, precalentado a 180ºC de 15 a 20 minutos. Cuando se vean doradas por las orillas, se retiran. Dejar enfriar.
  5. Nota: para conseguir los 400 gr. de puré de calabaza ponga 500 gr.de pulpa de calabaza cruda. La mezcla de harina con la levadura la podemos tener preparada con antelación. Si la masa esta líquida, añadimos más harina, para hacer una masa homogénea y compacta.
